Walter Tools successfully implemented an employee-driven advocacy program, resulting in an 81% engagement rate from 69 participating employees. Through this program, employees shared 840 posts, with 48% generated through employee-driven advocacy. This strategy significantly increased Walter Tools’ social media reach and engagement, resulting in a higher Share of Voice in the industry.
